For MSPs & Resellers

Sell location tracking
under your control.

Already managing client devices? Add a location-history service to your stack and bill for it. Fleet Tracker gives you a multi-tenant dashboard — every client is an isolated fleet, the accounts you create stay yours, and per-device counting tells you exactly what to charge.

Built so you can resell, not just use

Everything in the standard product, plus the multi-tenant controls a reseller actually needs to run it as a service.

🏢

A fleet per client, fully isolated

Each customer is its own fleet. Their devices, maps, zones, alerts and users never bleed into another client's view — one dashboard, cleanly separated tenants.

🎛️

Your own dashboard

Sign in to a dashboard scoped entirely to you: you see only the clients you onboarded and the users beneath them. Other resellers and the platform's other tenants are invisible to you.

💵

Per-device billing data, built in

We compute each client's billable device count as a 30-day average of active devices — and exclude test/temporary devices that ran under a week, so trials never inflate the bill. Set a per-fleet limit and spot overages at a glance.

🔑

You own the client relationship

Every account you create stays under you to edit, reset, and remove. Assign an existing user to your book of business, and keep your clients yours.

🔐

Onboard end-to-end yourself

Spin up a client fleet and its encryption key is minted on the spot, with a one-time private-key export — so you can run the whole setup, including the device-identity encryption, without waiting on us.

🛠️

Per-client controls & audit

Geofence zones, enter/leave & offline alerts, and inactivity auto-cleanup are all set per client fleet. A scoped audit log shows what you and your users did — and only that.

How it works

From signup to billing in five steps

If you already run Intune for your clients, you can have the first one tracking the same day.

1

We enable you

We set your account up as a reseller. From then on, everything you create lives under you.

2

Create a client fleet

Add a fleet named for the client. It comes with its own ingest key and a one-time encryption key to export.

3

Deploy via Intune

Push the agent through the client's Intune with the fleet's key. Devices start reporting into that fleet only.

4

Give the client access

Create users under that fleet so the client sees just their own devices — or keep it managed and run it for them.

5

Bill per device

Read the 30-day active-device average per client and invoice on top of it. Your markup is yours.

Your margin

You set the price your clients pay

Your cost is based on active devices; what you charge is entirely up to you. Bundle it into a managed-services plan, mark it up per device, or fold it into an existing tracking line item — the platform just gives you clean, defensible numbers to bill from.

  • Billing counts active devices, averaged over 30 days — not every device that ever pinged.
  • Devices alive under a week are excluded, so demos and swaps don't pad the count.
  • Set a per-client device limit and the dashboard flags anyone over it.
  • No second MDM, no hardware to stock — it rides on the Intune your clients already have.
